Local fixer and locations lead. Every door on the Costa opens when he knocks. Most open before.
Great telly without killing anyone in the process. Staff first. No bullies. That is the whole company.

TV fixer and production company on the Costa del Sol. Twenty years of UK broadcast across the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5 and ITV. Twelve of them living in Spain. Ask us anything. Daft questions welcome. We have heard them all and we answer every one, usually before your coffee cools.
Real people answer. No call centre. No attitude. Just experience, and a Pomeranian who thinks he runs it.
Seven days. Three videos. Not a penny on ads. We don’t chase the algorithm. It chases us.
BBC. Channel 4. Channel 5. ITV. Twenty commissions. We were making shows before your other fixer had a logo.
Development, production and fixing under one roof. The same people from day one to final frame. Nobody gets passed to a mate.
Great telly without killing anyone in the process. That is the whole company. It also happens to make better telly.
Permits before your flight lands. 320 days of sun. A Pomeranian in charge. Bring the brief. We bring the rest.
Every industry has them. Most companies look at the floor. We name the behaviour, we protect the people it lands on, and we make the programme anyway.
Runner to exec. Same respect, same credit, same right to say no. Nobody on a Ballsy shoot goes home smaller than they arrived.
We know the entire process, so you don’t pay to learn it. Permits, crew, locations, budgets — fixed weeks in advance. That saves companies thousands. Every time.
Factual is our specialism and where we are totally unique. Bring a true story, a hunch, a half-idea. We’ll try our very best to make it higher quality, more cinematic and harder for a commissioner to say no to.
Not a slogan. A promise. Fed, paid, rested, credited and listened to. Cared-for crews shoot better pictures. We have twenty years of proof.
TEAM // LOCATIONS, PERMITS & ACCESS
Our calm voice. The Costa's keymaster.
Roman opens doors that everyone else had already given up on. When a shoot goes sideways and the whole crew is panicking, he's the one still smiling, still polite, still working the problem.

Fixer seen leaving with keys, permits and the last table at lunch
Roman. El Chico. Knows every door on the coast and which ones open for us.
"Everything on set can be falling apart, and Roman is still smiling, still polite, still fixing it. I don't know how. I'm just glad he does."
— DAVID, BALLSY.TV

Anyone can be charming when things are easy. Roman's the one still calm when they're not.
Opens doors other fixers had already written off as closed for good.
Stays calm and polite when a shoot is genuinely falling apart around him.
Fully bilingual, switching between the two effortlessly while defusing a problem in both at once.
Knows this coastline and its people better than anyone we have ever worked with.
NOT ON THIS TEAM BECAUSE HE MARRIED THE BOSS. HE EARNED IT.
WHEN HE SAYS IT'S HANDLED, IT'S HANDLED. EVERY TIME.

Let's be clear about something up front: Roman is not on this team because he's married to the boss. Roman is on this team because he is, hand on heart, one of the best fixers working this coastline, and the marriage is just a very entertaining bonus feature.
He is our calm voice. When a location falls through or a permit gets stuck, Roman does not raise his voice, does not panic, and does not stop smiling. He simply opens the door everyone else already gave up on.
He's also, and we say this with the utmost professionalism, our sexy Spaniard — bilingual, unbothered, and somehow always the best-dressed person on a chaotic set at 6am.
Yes, he's the boss's husband. He's also just extremely good at his job, and those two facts have nothing to do with each other.
Word's gotten around about what he can actually pull off, so his calendar isn't as open as you'd hope. Get your dates to him early.

Fed, watered, in the sun and still smiling at wrap. That is not luck — that is twenty years of logistics wearing sunglasses.
Five dishes. No bullies in the kitchen. Dinner is at ten, like normal people.
Siesta policy: none on shoot days. Sadly. · Mañana: not a word in this office. · Sangría: after wrap only. · The boss: orders half a chicken. Every time.
Every postcard is a place we have shot. All of them ninety minutes from Málaga airport.
